About ChangeTrack Research

ChangeTrack Research is changing the way leaders of global organisations understand and execute significant change.

Based in Sydney, Australia, ChangeTrack Research is a leader in the field of tracking and measuring change.

Based on 10 years of research and state-of-the-art mathematical algorithms ChangeTracking is a patented analytical tool that has defined the most successful pathways for change from a database of over 600,000 change journeys.

ChangeTracking enables leaders of global organizations to see whether change programs are on track and take the corrective actions required to keep them on track.

ChangeTrack Research works with change leaders and consulting business partners to use ChangeTracking effectively. Our data centre and training resources provide support to deliver ChangeTracking effectively in their client organisations.

Collaboration with a number of large global consulting firms, including work with Accenture since 2005, has enabled us to hone our product development in ‘real-time’ working alongside consultants as they plan and implement change in their client organisations.

ChangeTrack Research partnered with CSIRO, Australia’s leading science organisation, to develop our platform and have received funding from the Australian Government. Elements of our research have been published in professional journals.

ChangeTracking is used in over 150 global organisations who want to minimize the risk and realise the benefit of significant change and build change capability for the future. It is in use in over 30 countries and in 20 languages.

I have seen numerous clients evaluate the tool and it receives unanimous support for its depth and unique position in the market.
