Excelling in a global merger

Working with the Board of Management and the top 150 corporate managers during a global merger, ChangeTrack Research designed a leadership program that allowed people of diverse backgrounds to concentrate their efforts on the things that really make a difference to company performance. This multi-faceted program involved teams working on global initiatives together, training workshops and individual and team coaching sessions.

ChangeTracking was used across the corporation to monitor the impact of various changes. The CEO and other executives could identify performance issues through different levels in the organisation and take action. An internal network of change agents created a powerful internal coalition to maintain positive momentum.

ChangeTrack Research’s Management Competency Assessment, built from an international database of over 15,000 individual assessments, was used to build leadership capability. Individual feedback sessions and group workshops enabled the gap to be closed on competencies critical to the achievement of strategic objectives.
