Turning around a financial services company

ChangeTracking was used to monitor a major transformation as this financial company changed from providing insurance to providing total financial services. Critical issues were highlighted and action plans were developed to improve unit performance. The Executive evaluated the effectiveness of internal communications, identified where to develop their management competencies, understood the impact of market branding strategies and assessed the impact of training programs. ChangeTrack results were incorporated in managers’ performance appraisals. As a result the corporation moved from being a loss-making enterprise to being a profitable market leader.
