Warren Parry (Contact Warren): BArch(Hons); MPhil; BA(Psych) is a Director and the founder . His background in business, management, architecture and psychology allows him to work with the complex issues involved in monitoring the effectiveness of organisational change. He has extensive international consulting experience, working with corporate leaders to develop and implement successful change strategies.

Jonathan Spittle (Contact Jonathan):BEng(Hons); GCCM is a Director of ChangeTrack Research and Operations Director. He has been intimately involved with the development of ChangeTracking since its inception. He works with global leadership teams to design organisational change projects based on ChangeTracking results. He conducts training programs to ensure that the leaders have the skills and capabilities required to successfully implement change.

Peter Cheese (Contact Peter) is a key Strategic Advisor. He brings a wealth of international change leadership experience to the team.  Peter was previously the global head of  Accenture's Talent & Organisation Performance consulting practice, which focuses on talent management, the HR function, organization, and change management. Peter has more than 30 years of experience in consulting and has worked around the world with clients in all industry sectors. He is now working as an independent consultant, and he teaches, writes and speaks at a wide range of conferences and events. He is coauthor of The Talent Powered Organisation: Strategies for Globalization, Talent Management and High Performance (Kogan Page, 2007). He was named one of Consulting magazine’s “Top 25 Consultants” for 2008. He is based in London.

Dr Christina Kirsch (Contact Christina): BPsych(Hons); DPhil(Org Psych) is the Senior Researcher and Consultant and an active researcher in the field of Organisational Psychology. Christina has extensive experience as a Lecturer, Academic Writer and Consultant. Her research interests include Organisational Change, Cross-cultural applied Research and Work Design. She has been published in numerous international journals. As a consultant she has a keen interest in the environmental sustainability and how organisations effectively bring change to achieve this goal.

Sebastian Salicru (Contact Sebastian) Senior Consultant - MMR, MSc (Creativity): PGDip (Psych): BAppSc (Psych) is a business psychologist, accomplished facilitator and trainer, experienced researcher and published author. With more than 15 years of management consulting experience, he has worked with many large and small private and private sector organisations.  Sebastian specialises in the areas of Change Management, Leadership Development, High Performance Teams & Alliances, Executive Coaching, Workplace Creativity & Innovation, and Human Capital Metrics.

Heath James (Contact Heath)is the Office Manager.  Heath comes from a background in executive operations, office management, and senior administrational support, and brings a wealth of experience gained from working in several organisations across diverse industry sectors.  Heath is responsible for the day-to-day operations at CTRE; including the finance, marketing, and reporting functions.

Jannatul Ferdous (Contact Jannatul)B.Sc (Hons) & M.Sc in Statistics is a Data analyst . She has many years experience in data analyzing, data management, database and process development across numerous large organisations. She has previously worked for Fuji Xerox Australia, Deutsche Bank, LG Electronics and Australian life insurance Company. She also has many years working experience of using statistical techniques in research.

Dr Doug Shaw (Contact Doug) – Statistical Consultant Ph D Applied Statistics, Uni of Wisconsin, Madison; B Sc Mathematics & Statistics, University of Sydney; Honorary Life Member, SSAI; Accredited Statistician, SSAI. Dr Shaw had a senior role in consulting and research in Statistics in CSIRO until his retirement in 2008. His principal interests are in industrial and business applications of statistics, and particularly in the measurement and analysis of organisational performance to facilitate decision-making. He currently provides statistical advice and analysis to a number of organizations, ranging from hi-tech start-ups to government departments. Doug has worked with CTRE since 2002 to help build its ChangeTracking methodology.

Mark W K Davidson (Contact Mark): BA (Hons), LLB; Dip LP, Registered legal practitioner (Solicitor and Barrister). General Counsel . His expertise is in corporate and commercial law, specialising in information technology and intellectual property issues. For more than a decade, Mark has been working with CTRE in risk management, winning business and engaging with global partners and clients.

Paul Carey (Contact Paul) is formally the Managing Director of Potentia International Ltd.  Based in London, Paul’s work is concerned with the measurement of potential — of individuals, teams and Boards. Paul has a background in design of gain sharing plans, organisational development and change.  He is the author of four books, a number of papers, and other publications on staff opinion surveying, gain sharing, organisational development, team formation, and multivariate analysis topics.  Paul was educated at the University of Sydney, and has a Master of Arts (Honours) in English Literature.
Paul has worked for ChangeTrack Research since 1995, assisting with designing the ChangeTracking methodology and statistical analysis.  More recently he has been involved in the generation of decision trees to assist operating managers in choosing the appropriate mix of interventions to respond to particular issues in their ChangeTracking reports.

Katina Cremona (contact Katina) is a Managing partner of People Savvy Consulting and freelance corporate psychologist who has worked in a clinical practice as a psychotherapist; and over the past fifteen years as an executive coach, consultant and facilitator. She mainly works with senior managers of global corporations and has facilitated a large number of leadership, team development, coach training, and cultural change programs. Current clients include Holcim Zurich, NHS UK, and Wartsila Finland.

Having worked with diverse individuals, teams and organisations, from senior executives to prison officers and fire-fighters, her particular areas of interest and expertise are in the following: Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Team Development and Coach Training.

Ronald Sun (contact Ronald) is the IT Developer .  Ronald is a part of the Data Centre team, and deals with database management, analytical analysis and data manipulation.  Ronald also assists with the development of our web-based products and platforms.
