Our consultants and trainers have backgrounds in various disciplines including: business, research, psychology, training, architecture, engineering and defence. They were chosen for their special skills in understanding business, people, teams and management Warren Parry (Contact Warren): BArch(Hons); MPhil; BA(Psych) is a Director and the founder of ChangeTrack Research. His background in business, management, architecture and psychology allows him to work with the complex issues involved in monitoring the effectiveness of organisational change. He has extensive international consulting experience, working with corporate leaders to develop and implement successful change strategies. Peter Cheese (Contact Peter) is a key Strategic Advisor to ChangeTrack Research and brings a wealth of international change leadership experience to the team. Peter was previously the global head of Accenture's Talent & Organisation Performance consulting practice, which focuses on talent management, the HR function, organization, and change management. Peter has more than 30 years of experience in consulting and has worked around the world with clients in all industry sectors. He is now working as an independent consultant, and he teaches, writes and speaks at a wide range of conferences and events. He is coauthor of The Talent Powered Organisation: Strategies for Globalization, Talent Management and High Performance (Kogan Page, 2007). He was named one of Consulting magazine’s “Top 25 Consultants” for 2008. He is based in London. Dr Matthew Gibbons (Contact Matthew) PhD Cognitive and Social Psychology: is a Senior Consultant and the Business Development Lead for CTRE. Matthew has many years of experience as an international change management consultant. Prior to joining CTRE Matthew worked for Accenture in the UK and US to design and deliver large organisational change for Financial Services clients. As Business Development Lead he integrates his strategic change and delivery expertise with CTRE’s ongoing Research and Development to maximize the value Change Tracking has for clients. Dr Christina Kirsch (Contact Christina): BPsych(Hons); DPhil(Org Psych) is the Senior Researcher and Consultant at CTRE and an active researcher in the field of Organisational Psychology. Christina has extensive experience as a Lecturer, Academic Writer and Consultant. Her research interests include Organisational Change, Cross-cultural applied Research and Work Design. She has been published in numerous international journals. As a consultant she has a keen interest in the environmental sustainability and how organisations effectively bring change to achieve this goal. Mark Ellwood (Contact Mark) BSc(Hons) M.Psych (Applied); Mark is the Change Management Practice Lead for CTRE and brings to bear over 20 years of practical change management experience across most industry sectors and is respected for his ability to help clients translate best practice methods into pragmatic solutions that work. He has recently joined the team after leading change programs in Asia and Africa with international development organizations. Mark combines his background in organisational psychology and leadership development with a business systems focus to consistently deliver sustainable improvement in business performance for CTRE clients. Johanna Baker (Contact Johanna): BCom (Acc & Fin); is the Office Manager at CTRE. With a background knowledge of financial, taxation and professional obligations in public and private sector organisations, she manages the day to day operations, contracting and marketing within CTRE. Jannatul Ferdous (Contact Jannatul) B.Sc (Hons) & M.Sc in Statistics is a Data analyst at CTRE. She has many years experience in data analyzing, data management, database and process development across numerous large organisations. She has previously worked for Fuji Xerox Australia, Deutsche Bank, LG Electronics and Australian life insurance Company. She also has many years working experience of using statistical techniques in research. Mark W K Davidson (Contact Mark): BA (Hons), LLB; Dip LP, Registered legal practitioner (Solicitor and Barrister). General Counsel for ChangeTrack Research. His expertise is in corporate and commercial law, specialising in information technology and intellectual property issues. For more than a decade, Mark has been working with CTRE in risk management, winning business and engaging with global partners and clients. Experts in our research team bring insight across a wide range of disciplines: business strategy, financial analysis, academic validation, statistical analysis, data modeling using vector quantization and clinical and social psychology.
