Are you an experienced change management consultant interested in working with and developing leading edge methodology? Then join our team as a Senior Consultant and grow with an innovative leader in the industry. We are seeking the services of experienced change management consultants to join our team. The role will involve working with international clients, change practitioners from global consulting firms and researchers in the field. They will take a leading role in developing our change practice and have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge and experience. Essential requirements for this role: 1. Demonstrated experience managing a broad range of change activity/processes Applicants are required to have a thorough understanding of organisational change with 5-10 years experience actively managing change, either as a consultant or within an organisation. You must be experienced and confident in working and discussing issues across all levels across and within organisations. Experience in the following areas is preferred: mergers, IT and shared services implementations, restructuring and growth. You will also need to hold relevant professional qualifications in this field.
2. Strong analytical and excellent communication skills Taking a research based approach, we work with large survey, human performance and financial data sets. You must be competent in data analysis and interpretation, and have excellent written and communication skills to share insights and guide clients in addressing outcomes for success.
3. Well developed facilitation skills Insight from ChangeTracking results must be turned into action if change is to be successful. Extensive experience in and well developed facilitation skills are a necessity in this role to support our clients in formulating action plans to implement their change strategies within their organisation. At times this requires “thinking outside the box” and the courage to challenge conventional wisdom, therefore the ability to influence and deal with conflict resolution are key. 4. Business development capabilities Our company has significant opportunities for market growth inside and outside Australia. Successful applicants would be expected to identify and build new client relationships. Experience in conducting leadership development programs. ChangeTrack Research conducts leadership development programs for international clients and undertakes individual coaching using 360 management competency assessments. Proven ability as a researcher.
Applicants are expected to be familiar with organisational research techniques and have the ability to work with large data sets using analytical tools such as Excel, SPSS. Tasks would include analysing client data to further develop ChangeTracking methodology and contribute to research papers.
